Olives and pickles are widely known in Egypt because of the spread of olive trees in most of the desert areas in it, and among the varieties of olives spread on a large scale (Ajizy olives, crimping, manzanilla, clamata, picual) and from there, our story took its first step back in 2007. Egypt is also recognized as one of the most important exporting countries of pickled olives in the world, as it ranks first in the world in exporting olives for the 2019 and 2020 seasons
